Das Ziel war es, das Leben der Vertreter des Betriebes ein wenig leichter zu machen, sodass sie Ihre Arbeit auf der Straße etwas sinnvoller nutzen konnten und schnell und individuell auf die Wünsche ihrer Kunden reagieren könnten.
Dazu haben wir uns 5 Tage lang eingeschlossen, Interviews geführt, Personas erstellt, Customer Journeys skizziert, um am Ende der Woche einen passenden Prototyp mit der Zielgruppe zu testen. Und das mit großem Erfolg.
